Big Ships And Big Ambitions For Liverpool

Plans for great ship visits are vital to the city’s resurgence; as are plans to improve the city’s road system. This photograph, taken today (7 February 2007) near St. Nicholas’ Church in the business and commercial district, gives a glimpse of what may be to come.
